Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease; you need to involve yourself in sexual intercourse to get infected, either by vaginal, anal or oral intercourse. However, in the case of oral sex the bacteria would not affect in a serious way the mouth mucous except to give the infected person a sore throat. The main symptoms or consequences of the disease are always experienced mainly in the body parts related with the reproductive organs and associated body areas like lower back, lower belly. There is no chance to get Chlamydia through your mouth even if you kiss a person infected with Chlamydia or drink in the same glass.
